ResumeAgent
A local workflow for assistant-authored resume tailoring, rendered-PDF validation, application tracking, and optional Notion synchronization.
- Python
- LaTeX
- PDF Validation
- Shell
- Notion API
- CI/CD
What I built
Publish a local PDF only after structural, page-count, and keyword checks pass.
- Built explicit resume/cover-letter build modes with rendered-text checks and a validation gate before replacing the output PDF.
- Keep personal profiles, application history, and credentials in ignored local files while shipping a fictional demo.
- Use stable application IDs and retryable Notion synchronization without automatically submitting job applications.
How it works
- An operator and coding assistant prepare job-specific LaTeX from a local factual profile.
- Build the PDF and validate its rendered text, structure, page count, and required keywords.
- Publish the validated local output and record application metadata.
- Synchronize to Notion when configured, retaining pending work for retries.
Evaluation & evidence
Structural checks enforce the documented output contract, including one page and required-keyword coverage. These gates do not verify the truth of assistant-authored claims.
Scope & limitations
A local CLI workflow, not a hosted LLM service, model-training project, or autonomous job-application bot. An operator reviews the final claims.
